Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. “JIFFY” Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
  3. Blend ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
  4. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  5. Bake 13 – 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
