Double Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour/2 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350°F
- Butter a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Whisk in the melted butter,egg, brown sugar, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet ad dry ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate.
- Pour into pan and back for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out batter-free.
- Serve warm with ice cream!
