Ingredients
- 3 OZ Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1⁄2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 can Solo Filling (any fruit flavor)
- Optional; Whipped Cream for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- Beat cream cheese and butter in medium size bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
- Stir in flour.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
- Press balls into bottom and upside of ungreased 1 3/4 inch miniature muffin pans.
- Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pans.
- When cool, remove tart shells from pans and spoon filling into shells.
- If using whipped cream option, dollop on top of tarts and serve!
